Birth is not something your body has to be taught how to do—it’s a process your body is beautifully equipped for.
That doesn’t mean every birth looks the same, or that every birth unfolds exactly as planned. It means there is so much wisdom, strength, and capability built into the body.
Sometimes birth asks us to trust our bodies in ways we never have before.
