You two don't argue because you don't love each other. You argue because no one ever taught you
how to do this.

Nobody hands you a manual for how to be in a relationship. You bring your whole history into it —
your family, your wounds, the way you learned to survive — and so does your partner. And when

those two worlds collide, it looks like conflict. It feels like incompatibility. It sounds like & maybe we just
aren't meant for this

But here's what I see in my work every week:

Most couples aren't failing at love.

They're failing at relationship management — and those are two completely different things.
Love is not the problem. The tools are.
If you and your partner keep having the same argument, if you keep walking away from
conversations more frustrated than when they started, if you feel unseen or unheard even in a
relationship with someone who genuinely cares about you — that's not a sign to quit.
That's a sign to get equipped.
