Highlight of the week:

This gentleman started just a few weeks ago. Coming in our front entrance at “Rx Health & Fitness” with a rolling walker and elevator for safety. TODAY, parked twice as far away and decided to use the back stairs, ramp, and holding his walker folded up in his hand! Life moves fast, I love when I see people catching up!!!

Not much to look at this time, however it has been two years in the making “Rx Health & Fitness” will be launching Jan 2026!! One of the few physician guided wellness initiatives, teaming with Exercise Physiologist(s) with over 25 years of experience. This opportunity will be max’d at 250 participant enrollment to allow for the quality guidance delivered. Exercise testing, rehabilitation, cardiac rehab, program design, monitored care programs, body fat scanning, and nutrition. Prices that are not matched anywhere, and best yet some will qualify for insurance reimbursement under the wellness umbrella.
