Born and raised in Charlotte, Ny’Aices holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from UNC Pembroke, with a focus in Exercise Physiology. Her experience in athletic training and physical therapy has fueled her passion for movement, recovery, and helping others reach their wellness goals! 💪✨

When she’s not in the studio, you can find her enjoying nature, tackling DIY projects, or watching movies. 🌿🎬
