Our raffle winner officially redeemed her Hands & Feet Reflexology session today ✨

From the moment she walked through the door, the goal was simple:
slow down, breathe, relax, and let the body unwind.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves is pause long enough to allow the nervous system to reset and the body to feel supported again.

Most people are surprised to learn that reflexologists are trained to analyze patterns throughout the body — not just provide relaxation.

I recently had the opportunity to sit down and talk about reflexology, the nervous system, body patterns, and the deeper side of this work that I’ve become so passionate about throughout my life.

Reflexology continues to amaze me with how much the body communicates when we truly learn how to listen.

Very grateful for the opportunity to share this conversation and help bring more awareness to the profession of reflexology.

A lot of people think reflexology is “just a foot massage.”
But during a session, there’s so much more happening beneath the surface.

As reflexologists, we’re paying attention to patterns in the body, areas of tension, stress responses, nervous system regulation, and how the body may be trying to communicate imbalance.

No two sessions are exactly the same because no two bodies are exactly the same.

For me, reflexology has always been about supporting the body with care, intention, and presence — helping people slow down long enough for their body to exhale.

This profession is more than relaxation.
It’s connection.
It’s observation.
It’s support.
It’s balance and flow. 💜

As many of you know, one of my greatest passions is helping and supporting mothers.

Women go through so much throughout their lives, especially through their reproductive systems. Their bodies are constantly adapting, changing, giving, healing, and carrying so much more than most people ever realize. And mothers… mothers give a part of their very life force to bring a child into this world. They sacrifice their sleep, their energy, their emotions, their bodies, and so much of themselves to love, protect, nurture, and raise another human being into a brighter future.

That is something I deeply honor and respect.

As a reflexologist, I want to create a space where moms can finally take a breath. A space where they can feel cared for, nourished, supported, and reminded that they matter too. Because when a mother feels supported, relaxed, and balanced, that energy flows into her children, her family, and the future she is helping create.

That is why this year I didn’t want to celebrate Mother’s Day for just one day.

I want to celebrate mothers for the entire month of May.

This month is dedicated to supporting moms, future moms, pregnant women, and the incredible strength and love they carry every single day. These special discounted sessions are my way of giving back, saying thank you, and helping care for the women who spend so much of their lives caring for everyone else.

A happy mother helps create a happy child.
And a happy child helps create a brighter future.

I am here for you. 💜

Wrapping up the RAA Conference with such a full heart.
I feel so inspired and genuinely excited about everything I’ve learned. I’ve got new techniques I can’t wait to practice and bring into my sessions, and it’s reignited my love for this work in such a deep way.
I even got to hug Bill Flocco—such a special, full-circle moment for me.
There was so much incredible knowledge shared, especially around energy techniques… I truly felt like a kid in a candy store the whole time.
What really impacted me was seeing the research being done in reflexology and where it’s leading us. It’s opening doors for reflexologists to step into more professional spaces—standing alongside the health community in places like hospitals, sports medicine, and beyond. That future feels real, and it’s incredibly exciting to be part of it.
Leaving feeling grateful, inspired, and ready to pour all of this back into the people I work with.

I’m ready for the first official day of the RA Conference. Yesterday was such a blessing, and today the full conference begins. I’m feeling blessed, happy, and excited to meet more wonderful people, learn from them, and share in this experience together.
