Dry needling is one of our most popular treatments and it’s not surprising!

Dry needling targets trigger points—tight, irritated bands in muscle that can limit mobility, cause pain, or refer discomfort to other areas. By inserting a thin, sterile needle directly into those areas, we can reset the muscle, reduce tension, and restore normal function.

Dry needling isn’t a magic fix on its own, but when integrated thoughtfully, it can accelerate healing and help people feel better faster. 💪🏻

Interested to see if this is a good fit for you? Call us 704-794-8012 or book directly with our PTs via link in bio.

This happen to anyone else? 🙋🏻‍♀️

There could be a variety of reasons and here’s just a few:

☑️ Pelvic floor muscle tension/overactivity
☑️ Dehydration that irritates the lining of the bladder
☑️ Constipation
☑️ Not relaxing to fully empty the bladder each time you void
☑️ Carbonated beverages (including seltzer waters)
☑️ Chronic stress/high nervous system sensitivity

A pelvic floor PT can help you find the possible trigger and provide you with tools to help you manage these symptoms.
