What's your favorite smoothie recipe?
1 c. blueberries
1 c. yogurt
1 c. milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 - 2 tsp diatomaceous Earth
Fresh oregano
Fresh strawberry leaves
It's good to have protein within an hour of a workout. I like this smoothie recipe because it has protein and blueberries.
The diatomaceous Earth helps remineralize the body and that’s important for fascia health and hydration.
Healthy fascia requires sunlight, movement, and hydration through good nutrition.
