Tight shoulders? Sometimes there's more to explore than the tension you feel.

In this clip, I am teaching Hannah Grey Elrose - Sacred Flower Steward and her husband new fascia release techniques they can practice as a couple. Our bodies hold a lot of unprocessed emotions in hard to reach places, like shoulder blades / scapula. Partners are important.

In every private fascia session, we work with gentle movement, compression, and breath to explore physical tension while paying attention to the body's responses.

Sometimes people notice greater freedom of movement.

Sometimes they experience relaxation, unexpected emotions, or a deeper awareness.

Every experience is different. ✨️

This approach brings physical self-care and emotional awareness together, allowing space for both without forcing either.

💜 Private sessions start at $149.

Try this simple move the next time you find yourself overthinking!

Placing one hand on your forehead (logical part of the mind) and the other hand on the back of your head (emotional part) then slowly follow your head and breathe for 6 counts.

Let me know if you try it.

Super sweet and unexpected comment from a new member this week!

Jenn Sher Art started doing the Daily Stress Reset 4 days ago with me every morning at 8am live.

Now she's feeling more energized, sleeping better, and her back pain is gone! ✨️

In just 30 minutes a day for 4 days.

And she's inspired by my arms! 💪🥹😁

If she keeps showing up for herself, she'll have these arms, too. (We know she will!)

You, too, can have these arms!

October Memberships Available $28

We meet online M-F for 30 minutes.
8am or 10:15am

I love teaching these sessions. 💜

We come together and practice presence. ✨️

We move our bodies into twisty shapes and breathe together. 🫧

We support each other energetically by showing up for ourselves. 🚷

It's a beautiful life. 🦋

Want to be part of it? 🙋‍♀️

Are you weird like me and enjoy exploring your range of motion through cramps?

I've been working on foot mobility for a few years.

In recent months my focus shifted to cramps.
Why they happen.
What they tell us.
How we can leverage them.
My results are quite satisfying.
Much greater mobility in each toe and the feet.

This is definitely not medical advice.
Just my personal story and experience.

If you're into personal development and showing up as your best self in your life, it's not too late to join my October Stress Reset.

We meet live online for 30 min and move our bodies together doing Fascial Maneuvers to release stress and tension.

8am or 10:15am Monday-Friday
