Arbor Rehab is proud to recognize SHELDON FORD as our very first Employee of the Month!

Sheldon is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at our Springfield, Ohio facility, Springfield Masonic Community. This expansive campus provides a full continuum of care, from independent living apartments to memory care and everything in between. No matter where Sheldon is working, he is always known for his positive attitude and welcoming smile.

The facility's Assistant Director of Nursing recently shared a heartfelt letter recognizing the impact Sheldon has on the residents. She praised his outstanding work and noted that the residents simply "love him!" One resident even shared, "I love working with Sheldon. He makes me smile every time!"

Sheldon, along with his brother Turner—who is also a PTA at Springfield—brings energy, humor, compassion, and exceptional clinical skills to the therapy department each day. Together, they create a positive environment for both residents and colleagues.

Thank you, Sheldon, for embodying Arbor's mission to treat every patient as if they were our own mother or father. Your dedication, kindness, and commitment to providing exceptional care make you truly deserving of this recognition. Congratulations on being our first Employee of the Month!

This Fourth of July, we're proud to celebrate not only our nation's Independence Day, but also America's 250th anniversary—a historic milestone that honors our past, and the brave men and women who built this country, while inspiring us to build an even brighter future.

We're grateful for the trust of our customers, the dedication of our team, and the partnerships that make our work meaningful every day.

Hat's off to the PT Department at White Oak! They enabled a man to get out of bed with a "portable" oxygen tank and walk down to the vending machine for his favorite and long-lost treat, a Honey Bun! The the PT fashioned an basket as well to hold his snacks. His smile says it all, thank you Bethany and Jess!

Arbor Rehabilitation's Director of Clinical Compliance, Cindy Hudson, OTR/L, CHC, RAC-CT, was honored to be a presenter at this year's Ohio Health Care Convention held in Columbus, Ohio. Her brief but informative session included a fun take-away puzzle to highlight important tips. Arbor also was busy manning a booth at the convention to greet friends and acquaintances alike!
