We're excited to share our very own Taylor Angel recently accepted a well-deserved promotion to Activities Director at Hemsley House of Paoli within our Legend Senior Living family.

Taylor has been with Crescent Fields for three years in dining, clinical, administrative, and life enrichment roles.

Her passion is working hands-on with residents, making their days magical and building lasting relationships.

We will miss her dearly, but we are so excited to watch her excel on her new adventure - good luck, Taylor!

The residents enjoyed a thought-provoking open mic poetry reading in our conservatory room this week.

Our sales director, AJ, shared some of his favorite classics from Robert Frost and Emily Dickinson, and the residents Ms. Donna and Mr. Ron both shared some touching original poems they wrote themselves!

The Father Judge High School graduates enjoyed a visit from current Director of Alumni Relations, Kevin Huckel!

It was no surprise for us to learn our very own, Mr. George, is a Hall of Fame member.

We were amazed that we have quite a few Father Judge moms in our community, too!

Everyone had a great time swapping stories and reminiscing, and it truly is such a small world - stay tuned for our upcoming “reunion” luncheons!

Lifelong learning and educational engagement is important to us and the residents.

We were fortunate to welcome Kathryn Donahue, Vice President of the Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania, to the community for her presentation entitled, “Getting Started with Genealogy: Finding Your Family’s Story”.

The residents and guests were able to learn about building family trees, researching records, and preserving memories for years to come.

On a heartwarming note, we were touched that two adopted audience members were even able to get some answers regarding where to start in their own research, and we can’t wait to hear what they can uncover!

In August, the residents enjoyed a Spelling Bee hosted by our friends on the sales and marketing team!

The residents in the Reflections neighborhood did a fantastic job with the decorations.

We learned the word “maneuver” is quite a doozy!

Congratulations to our winner, Ms. Diane, who secured the gold medal with a perfect spelling of the word “Nostalgia” - we’re looking forward to a rematch in the future!
