This community will consist of 72 single-occupancy studio suites, all of which will accommodate a full private bathroom for each resident's privacy. Outside, private courtyards threaded with walking paths are beautifully landscaped and resident-friendly. Inside, four distinct neighborhoods each house their own open kitchen, living room, dining room, and individual memory care suites. Residential finishes and smaller scale spaces offer visual cues and a warm, familiar feel. Neighborhoods meet at the Neighborhood Square, a gathering place, event venue, wellness center, and entertainment hub. The Square is where we reach across and reach out to community within and beyond Artis. Memory care can and should look different for each person who needs it.
