Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day holds a special place in my heart—not only as a proud member of the VA Community Care Network, but also because so many members of my own family have served across generations. It is a day of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance for those who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy each day.

To all Gold Star families, veterans, active-duty service members, and those carrying the legacy of loved ones lost—thank you.

⏰ Don’t Forget to Spring Forward!

Daylight Saving Time begins this weekend, so remember to set your clocks forward one hour tonight.

While the longer days and extra sunshine are something to look forward to, the time change can sometimes leave our bodies feeling a little off - especially when it comes to sleep and energy levels.

One of the best ways to help your body adjust is to slow down, stay hydrated, and give yourself time to rest and recharge. Massage therapy can also help support better sleep, reduce stress, and bring your body back into balance.
