New Class Format with Pop-up Classes this Summer.
HOT YOGA SCULPT led by Kinsey
Where your hot yoga poses meet strengthening with weights.
This HOT class is led by Kinsey and is a full-body workout that combines yoga poses with strength training, cardio bursts, and functional movement. Think more yoga and weight training, differing from our Original Hot Sculpt class which focuses on high intensity interval training based on pilates-principles.
This fun class uses hand weights, bodyweight exercises, and yoga-inspired movements to deliver a fun, challenging, and effective class.

Look for “Hot Yoga Sculpt” select Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm with more pop-ups times added in July and August.
