Clever Care Health Plan was proud to be a leading sponsor and participant in the 2026 Greater Los Angeles Heart & Stroke Walk on October 3, in partnership with the American Heart Association.

It was wonderful to see around 140 associates, members, family members, and friends from across Los Angeles and Orange counties come together to walk and support this important cause. Those who could not attend also showed their support through donations, fundraising, and helping spread awareness.

We’re proud to share that the Clever Care team raised $45,555.49! Clever Care also ranked as a Top 2 fundraising company out of 82 companies, and Clever Care Leaders Lead with Heart ranked as a Top 2 team out of 419 teams.

We look forward to participating in more meaningful local events that align with our mission and values and help build healthier communities. ❤️

Today, Clever Care Health Plan is proud to introduce our 2027 Medicare Advantage plans and enhanced benefits, furthering our commitment to delivering quality, clinical excellence, and culturally attuned healthcare to the diverse communities of Southern California.

This year, we're excited to launch two new plans designed for Medicare beneficiaries with qualifying chronic conditions, expanding our product portfolio and options to meet the evolving needs of Medicare-eligible individuals.

Clever Care Health Plan is celebrating World Heart Day by gearing up for our participation in the American Heart Association’s 2026 Greater Los Angeles Heart & Stroke Walk this coming weekend!

Last week, we were honored to be the final organization on the AHA’s Torch Passing tour before all participating companies and their people come together to walk for healthier hearts on October 3rd. This Torch Passing is about carrying the momentum from one organization to the next and into Walk Day. Clever Care has been recognized by the AHA for our strong support of the campaign through fundraising, participation, and spreading awareness for heart health.

We’re grateful to be making strides in a health campaign that aligns so well with our mission and offerings. Clever Care is committed to empowering our members to take an active role in their health and we proudly offer plans designed for those who require specialized care for chronic heart conditions.
