At Elevated Health, our members call or text whenever they need us. No copays. No waiting three weeks for an appointment. No feeling like they have to "earn" a question.

This issue is affecting patient's ability to call the office and leave a VM and our ability to call out. We are working hard with our phone carrier to try and resolve the issue, but in the meantime, please text your individual provider's line and we can try and help through text messaging.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working tirelessly to resolve the issue.
