When a child plays the same way, every time, with little interest in pretend play or interactive games, that pattern matters.

It can look like focus or creativity, and repetitive actions can be calming and enjoyable to kids. Take note if it consistently replaces shared play and flexible exploration. Early evaluation and diagnosis can lead to more options and improved outcomes!
