💙 June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to recognize, support, and create space for the mental health experiences of men and boys.
For generations, many men have been taught to “tough it out,” keep things to themselves, or avoid asking for help. But mental health is health — and taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, millions of men in the U.S. experience mental health challenges each year, yet many are less likely than women to seek support. Breaking the stigma starts with changing the conversation: checking in, opening up, and reminding the men in our lives that vulnerability is not weakness — it’s a part of being human.
This month (and every month), let’s normalize the questions that matter:
💬 “How are you really doing?”
💙 “Do you need support?”
🤝 “I’m here if you want to talk.”
Whether it’s talking to someone you trust, connecting with a professional, or simply taking a moment to reflect — every step toward better mental health counts.
You don’t have to carry it alone. 💙
