📣 WVCBAPP Processing & Recertification Update

A few important reminders as we work through a very high volume of applications:

🔹 Late Fee: Recertification applications submitted after the August 30 deadline are subject to the $75 late/rush processing fee. Applications requiring this fee cannot be processed until payment is received.

🔹 Please be kind to our staff. WVCBAPP is operated by an all-volunteer board and staff, and everyone is working hard to review applications, answer questions, and process requests as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and professionalism.

🔹 Waiting on additional information? If you received an email stating that additional information will follow, please allow us until after Labor Day to send those instructions.

🔹 New applications: Right now, our priority is processing grant-related requests and recertification applications. New credential applications are temporarily on hold and will be reviewed within our normal 4–6 week processing timeframe.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while our volunteers work through this very busy renewal period.

💙 Help Us Stock the Shelves at Recovery Point Huntington!

We’re reaching out to our community for help with a few everyday essentials for our Huntington facility. We are currently accepting donations of towels, blankets, sheets, hygiene items, and pillows.

These items may seem simple, but they help make our facility feel more comfortable and cared for for the individuals who walk through our doors.

We’re excited to celebrate the continued growth of Recovery Point Behavioral Health in the Parkersburg community! 💙

This new location represents another opportunity to make compassionate, accessible behavioral health services available to those who need support. We invite our community partners, supporters, friends, and neighbors to come see the new space, connect with our team, and help us mark this exciting next chapter.

We’re inviting all who are interested in furthering their education and preparing themselves to serve in our community with greater understanding and effectiveness.
