Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We hold deep gratitude for their courage and for the families who carry that loss.
Memorial Day is also an important time to remember those who returned home but continue to fight a different battle—one against the invisible wounds of trauma and PTSD.
Honoring those who fought for our freedom also means taking care of the people still here—including yourself. As you spend time with loved ones this weekend:
🌿 Rest: Give yourself permission to slow down and recharge.
🤍 Reflect: Take a quiet moment to recognize your own strength and resilience.
📞 Reach out: Remember that your mental health matters every day.
If you are struggling, you are never alone.Wishing our Tri-state community a safe, reflective, and meaningful Memorial Day.
