The “ballerina implant” trend reflects something I’ve been seeing more often in my practice in both new patients and those who already have implants. The desire to have a softer, more proportional result.

For some patients, that may mean choosing a smaller or lower profile implant or downsizing existing implants, to create balance with the rest of their body without an overly augmented look.

The goal isn’t to follow a trend. It’s to choose an implant that complements your frame and creates the result that feels right for you.

There’s no guilt in wanting to feel more confident. No need to justify your decision to everyone around you and no “right”reason for considering plastic surgery as long as the decision is truly YOURS.

My role is to listen educate you on your options and help you make a decision that feels right for you.

You’re allowed to choose yourself without apologizing for it.

The biggest piece of advice I would give my younger self as a plastic surgeon when it comes to beauty would be not to wait. Taking care of your collagen production, sun protection and good skincare products are the best things you can do to prevent the harsher signs of aging.
