Being often asked if rhinoplasty is advisable for a given patient and if they should do it, I do not think it is my ethical right to swing patients decision. The motivation of change should come from you, although, from my perspective I witness endlessly a change of facial expression after rhinoplasty. The gaze all of a sudden becomes more radiant, confident, with touch of happiness.
