I’m not buying the story that we have been sold that teenagers are impossible.

Your teenager isn’t becoming someone you don’t know, they are excavating. Same kid, more exposure, deeper layers.

They are in the most identity hungry season of their entire life. And that’s where you come in.

You haven’t lost your influence but you have lost your control. Those are not the same thing.

Influence at this stage (even more than others) needs to be modeled. It’s who you are in the room not what you say when they don’t listen.

The teenage years are not the end of your connection window. They are the true test of everything you have built before it.

There are many facets to our humanness.
Once we embrace all of who we are we get to experience life even more deeply.
No thoughts, emotions, sensations have to be pushed away or avoided because we are so embodied in our essence/power/source.
As a result our baseline of joy elevates and we move through challenges with more ease.
