Through an extensive network of information, training and technical assistance, resources, and collaboration, WVECTCR strives to improve the quality of early education services for young children and their fami

ACDS is an apprenticeship program for early childhood providers in West Virginia. Students of the program must be working a minimum of 20 hours a week directly with young children, birth to twelve.
