Welcoming the next generation of healthcare leaders!

We are so excited to welcome 28 third-year medical students from Sam Houston State University (SHSU) and the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) as they kick off their clinical rotations!

Over the coming months, these future doctors will be gaining hands-on experience and training across a variety of medical specialties with our local doctors.

A big thank you to a generous local resident who graciously donated a beautiful piano to our space in loving memory of her husband. Though she wishes to remain anonymous, her kindness will touch everyone who steps through our doors. ❤️🎹

We’d also like to extend a warm thank you to Madilene's Piano Tuning for coordinating the pickup, set-up, and tuning! Thanks to them, we’re ready to fill our lobby with beautiful, calming music.

The partnership between SHREC and Huntsville Memorial Hospital has been a huge step forward for doctor training, patient care, and healthcare access right here in Huntsville and the surrounding regions.
