Wednesday, we celebrated National Senior Health & Fitness Day with exercise class recognition and awards. 18 people received their dedication to improved mobility and health certificates for coming to class more that 20 days in May! So many individual success stories and people enjoying a full life, due in part, to their hard work in exercise class! Congratulations to all! Come visit Sittercize Class on Monday at 9:15 in the parlor.
