Thank you to everyone that came out to the Huntsville Pub Run - RunningLane last night to celebrate Global Running Day. I expected a good showing but never expected smashing it with a record turnout. Thanks to RunningLane and their whole team for providing great service and cold beverages. The Get Loaded Food Truck and Mother Nature for providing a beautiful evening.

Most importantly, thank you all for coming out, inviting your friends and families, always bringing the energy and tolerating me.

Thank you to the 209 runners that joined us at Campus 805 last night. It was Hot, Humid and Hilly and you all crushed it. Please enjoy the great photos taken by Perla L. Núñez. And when you see her please thank her for capturing the Huntsville Pub Run so perfectly. She truly captures the bond and friendships that have developed over the years.

Next week we celebrate Global Running Day at RunningLane. I promise it will be cooler and much flatter. Get Loaded Food truck will be there and post run beverages will be available thanks to the gang at RunningLane.

Thank you to everyone that joined us at Huntsville Pub Run - The Nook last night. It was the warmest run year to date, but 180 runners and walkers showed up and showed out. Lots of 1st timers and a few gobblers on the routes too.

Special thanks to Monica, Faith and the staff at The Nook. And of course photographer extraordinaire Perla L. Núñez.

We came close a few times this year, but thanks to Pub Run OG Syd Keel we beat the previous record of 237. Syd started his run early which was confirmed by Strava & Photo evidence.

Thanks to everyone that came out last night. And special thanks to the new record holder, Big Ed's Pizza for always being so supportive and doing everything they can to serve our group.

Dear Lurkers,

I know you have been watching the Huntsville Pub Run events and wondering what is so fun about Wednesday nights. Or you've seen us run through town and wish your face had a smile THAT big. You maybe nervous the group is too big. Worried that everyone will be faster than you... or that nobody will talk to you. Would you actually have as much fun as they say you will?

YOU WILL have that much fun. You will not be the fastest OR the slowest person in the group. You won't be alone...we are a very special community that encourages and supports one another! Just give it a try. You will be surrounded by your fellow runners all along the way!

Tonight we are running/walking a 3 or 5 mile routes from Big Ed's Pizza. We start at 5:30pm. If you get there late, don't worry we always have printed copies of the turn by turn directions.

Sometimes you just have to be like Lloyd Dobler and GO FOR IT!

When: 5:30 PM
Where: Big Ed's Pizza
Parking: We kindly request that you DO NOT PARK in the Big Ed's lot so that it is available for their regular guests.

Suggested parking: Street parking around the Stella apartments (4 sides), Goldsmith-Schiffman Field, National Children's Advocacy Center, Bond & Botes Law Offices (limited spaces).
