Nope, I’m not retiring!

But I am writing to share some exciting news about the future of Herman Eye Center. After 40 wonderful years as the sole owner of Herman Eye Center, I have decided to step back from the administrative side of the business and have officially transferred ownership of the practice to Dr. Shawn Sammons.

Please rest assured that this is NOT a retirement announcement. My passion for eye care and my commitment to your vision health remain as strong as ever. By passing the operational torch, I can now focus 100% of my office time and energy on what I love most: taking care of you and your family’s eyes.

I am not going anywhere. I will continue to see patients right here in the same office, albeit on a slightly reduced schedule. Other than the office radio station, Dr. Sammons has changed very little. You will still see the same familiar faces at the front desk and throughout the office, and our high standard of clinical care will not change.

Thank you for your continued loyalty and trust over the years. I look forward to seeing you at your next regular eye exam.

Tuesday: Now open until 6:00 PM
Wednesday: Now closing at 1:00 PM
