Unbound Strength, Movement & Spine

Unbound Strength, Movement & Spine I help busy parents and active individuals regain strength, build resilience, and move with confidence—without being held back by pain.

Get unstuck with care that is personalized to YOU and your goals. I’m Dr. Josh Glasmann, chiropractor and strength coach. I founded Unbound Strength, Movement & Spine because I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck—dealing with pain or injury, feeling like your own worst enemy when you push too hard trying to get back to what you love, and not knowing the best way forward. As a da

d of five, I understand the challenges of prioritizing health when life is busy. My mission is to help people build greater confidence and strength in their bodies while not being held back by aches and pains. I want people to see how resilient and capable they truly are when they start moving more consistently and getting stronger. I take a person-centered, movement-first approach to chiropractic care, where each plan is tailored to your needs—not just a one-size-fits-all treatment. My goal is to help you trust your body again, so you don’t feel fearful or disheartened by pain or stiffness. You are not fragile—your body is adaptable, and with the right approach, you can get back to the things you love without hesitation. Whether you're struggling with nagging aches, recovering from an injury, or just want to feel stronger and more capable, I help you take control of your health through practical, evidence-based care that ensures real progress. The key isn’t to avoid movement—it’s to build resilience and trust in your body again. If you’re ready to move better, get stronger, and show up fully for your family and life, you’re in the right place.

Strength and muscle won't magically fix you or yield the secret to "pain-free" living.

They will give you more options for living.

More tolerance to life's demands.
More room to move and make mistakes (and recover from them).
More protection in general.

Build strength. Build power. Build muscle.

For the sake of your body and your health.

Start with the exercises you can stick with.
Build up over time.

People will chase every quick fix and supplement stack under the sun...

And turn their nose up at the basics.

Yet, over 75% of people don't meet physical activity guidelines of aerobic and resistance training.

Less than 10% of Americans get enough fiber in their diet.

Water? Sleep?
Yeah we're not getting enough of those either.

Before you go fall for another well worded "hack" maybe double check your essentials first. See where you can improve and start there.

Don't stress about having to optimize... Just improve.

It's one moment burned in my brain

Collapsing on the stairs chasing my kids.

I finally decided it was time to get serious about my health and not keep abandoning goals at the slightest hiccup.

Now I celebrate the joy and freedom of feeling capable in my own body.

That's why I do what I do.
Because I want that feeling for you too.

Drop a comment if you can relate.

There's a lot of buzzwords and phrases that are super popular right now.

"Train for longevity"
"Optimize your health"
"Unlock your potential"

Those are just a few I've heard in the last week. And to be honest, I don't really know what ANY of them actually mean.

I think it depends on who's saying them, and who they're saying it to.

They grab your attention and they sound so good.. but they really don't hold weight (you should though haha)

Personally, I've found the greatest success in my own life and that of my clients by focusing on the basics.

Reduce time and energy spent on things that drain you (for instance, social media) and prioritize rest, wholesome nutrition, daily movement, and connection with others and God, and you'll find you're happier, healthier, and more in tune with your potential.

What have you got to lose?

Hearing success stories is awesome.
We all get motivated by them. That's why they're so powerful.

But if you want to get stronger, recover from an injury or surgery, or stop feeling stuck in your own body and enjoy better health and fitness...

Then you've got to create the change yourself.

People like me can guide you, and I happily will, but I can't do the work for you.

Do the work yourself. Make your own success story.
