This professionally facilitated group is open to adults who are looking for a safe, supportive space to connect, share, and build healthy coping skills — at no cost.

Group therapy can be incredibly powerful. It reminds us we’re not alone, provides community connection, and offers practical tools for healing and growth.

This is a great option for individuals who:

✔️ Are navigating anxiety, depression, or life stressors

We’re excited to announce the opening of Canvas Outpatient, a therapist-owned mental health clinic offering an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults seeking deeper healing and growth.

Our trauma-informed program combines evidence-based therapy with cutting-edge neuroscience, including WAVi EEG brain mapping and neurofeedback therapy, to help clients understand their brain, restore balance, and support long-term recovery.
