Day 2: Training for the Great Mother March! I wore my bedrock sandals with toe socks for warmth. No blisters and no foot pain! I went 5 miles instead of the 3 miles i was planning because it is so easy when there are beautiful red rocks to look at!

Coming to you from Moab! I started my training for the Great Mother March today! It was gorgeous in the red rocks. I managed 2.5 miles. I plan to increase by 1/2 a mile each day for the next 5 weeks so I am ready for the full 500 miles! I can hardly wait!
