We are so blessed...
I have been working consistently and quietly in my life. Between flying back and forth, still meeting with my clients, handling school and business, while handling the newness of my marriage.
Dreams consist of some major events I have had in my life, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
We are finished with the ceremony, but it will always be a magical reminder of what it means to choose myself, and my husband.
First, we did our first look at St Catherines Chapel on the Rock. Followed by a fairy tale ceremony, in which a finch flew directly over my Groom and I, we're talking maybe an inch over our heads. This finch decided to stay a part of the entire ceremony, flittering between picnic tables, sitting next to family members, ultimately landing with the couple. The finch allowed me to stoop down, and offer my hand, which it gladly showed acceptance of.
Fawns came directly to my Groom and I, along with Chipmunks, Blue Jay, and Woodpecker! We decided for the blessing on our marriage, to keep energy work isolated to our ceremony. We did not take any opportunity to go to the ghost hunting tours we were offered. It felt best to pour into, and focus on each other, our ceremony, friends, and family.
Although my Father was not in his meat suit, and physically present, he made his presence and blessing known clearly. As did my Grooms Grandfather.
To say all that, is to say this. As a spiritual counselor, this experience has changed me to my core. I am a better human for it. More loving, gentle, caring. I do look forward to continuing to see my clients, and to see how future clients will be affected positively by all the life changes I have made since beginning my business.
Katie with the Curly Hair is a different woman entirely than who started the business... That in itself is the point of all of this education, travel, experience, love, and acceptance for me.
