Serenity Mental Health Services We have two locations: Buffalo, MN & Hutchinson, MN. We offer ARMHS, CTSS, and Mental Health Therapy.

We promote positive mental health by teaching important life skills, offering crisis support, & therapy to our clients. Serenity Mental Health Services (SMHS) is dedicated to enriching our clients’ quality of life by providing medically-necessary services for the individuals we serve.
