Ok, it’s been a long time, with lots of life happenings, and very little free time (you know how it goes).
I plan on starting regular CPR/BLS classes! Every other Tuesday evening, 6-8:15pm(BLS), or 5pm-9pm (first aid/CPR) starting June 16th!
Classes are $65/person for BLS
And $125/person for CPR/First Aid

All classes are through the American Heart Association and good for 2 years!

By providing best-practice- evidence -based-knowledge in classes, the community is better educated in immediate life saving skills that can be provided by ANYONE before advanced medical personell show up!

This gives a victim absolute best chance at survival.

New techniques now discussed are Narcan administration, and how to get your free doses to have on hand.

Also, use of the “Life Vac”.
Life Vac, a non powered, non invasive airway clearing device, to use if traditional methods fail. A better, safer and easier way to quickly remove an object from a choking victim, and can be self-used, if alone.
