Well… this is exciting. I love me a good lunar eclipse. 🐺

FIRST ALERT: Partial Lunar Eclipse Occuring On August 27-28 🌑🌕

A stunning celestial show is coming to the skies over northeast Kansas! 👀

Late Thursday night, August 27, Earth will pass between the Sun and Moon, producing an exceptionally deep partial lunar eclipse. More than 96% of the Moon will enter Earth’s darkest shadow, leaving only a thin sliver illuminated. As it moves into the umbra, Earth’s atmosphere will bend reddish sunlight toward the Moon, creating a striking copper-red “blood moon” glow. 🌒🩸

The faint penumbral shadow arrives around 8:24 p.m., with the partial eclipse beginning at 9:33 p.m. Maximum eclipse occurs around 11:12 p.m., before the Moon exits the darkest shadow at 12:51 a.m. Friday. 🌌⏰

The eclipse is completely safe to view with the naked eye, while binoculars or a telescope can enhance the view. Head outside Thursday night, you won’t want to miss it! ⚠️

I really hope Reiki goes mainstream one day. These kinds of studies are very encouraging. “Biofield Energy Practitioner” has a nice ring to it.

I just finished packing up all my gear for a fun day of Rune readings at the Abundance Crystals and Through Breath Yoga spirit fair. I’m looking forward to spending the day with my Wichita peeps as well as spending my money on some cool rocks and such while I’m at it.
