**Sept. 14 CYCC Open House Postponed**
As I watch the sunset from one of our exam rooms at Centered Youth Clinic and Consulting - CYCC, I reminded to breatheโฆdeeplyโฆsmell the rosesโฆfind the bright spots.
Our new pediatric & teen clinic was set to officially open its doors in Hutto, TX with an open house this Sunday, Sept 14. Due to unexpected circumstances with the buildout, we need to postpone. Stay tuned for a new date in due time.
Itโs been a long three-year journeyโor thirteen if you count the ten years spent before launching the company, testing out ideas to reimagine how youth and families receive healthcare.
While it would have been nice to mark โCYCC open houseโ as completed on my task list, life experience has taught me that Godโs timing is paramount.
Instead, we will choose to appreciate how far we have come on the shoulders of many helpers.
In the pic, you will see work still in progressโฆand I could have waited to show the place after we had everything in order.
But then I didnโt want to contribute to how social media makes us think everyone else wakes up made up! Not true! Our humanity is imperfect.
I am reminded to give grace and value the grace given to us.

- colorful playscape seating - donated by an early learning school that closed its doors after a few years of service. Thanks Amber Renee Rowe for your gentle spirit and listening ears to connect us.
- the exam table,a gift from Dr. Only and his wife Shaun
- the painting donated by a student
- the painted walls, plumbing, HVAC, millwork, flooring, electrical jobs coordinated by sincere, hardworking building owners and managers.
- our families who continue supporting
