🌟 Pavilion Success Story: Meet Kevin!
After undergoing extensive elective left foot and ankle surgery, Kevin chose The Pavilion for his short-term rehabilitation—and his determination paid off.
When Kevin arrived, post-operative pain and strict non-weight-bearing precautions meant he needed significant assistance with mobility and everyday activities. His goal was simple: regain his independence and return home safely.
With the guidance of our Physical and Occupational Therapy teams, Kevin worked hard every day to rebuild his strength, confidence, and mobility. By discharge, he was walking independently and able to manage his daily routines on his own.
Here's what Kevin had to say about his experience:
"Sam and Jacqueline were incredible. They challenged me every day, pushed me to keep going, and never let me give up. Sam made sure I did everything correctly and always encouraged me to improve. Jacqueline made sure I felt confident and safe with everyday tasks like showering, dressing, and preparing meals before I went home. The entire therapy team was outstanding—they absolutely nailed it! Everyone on the staff was informative and caring, and I appreciated having meal choices. Best of all, my food always arrived hot!"
