Many of you have seen Nurse Ali appearing very pregnant recently, which is why we are so excited to announce the birth of her son Zane! Mommy and baby are both doing amazing and we wish them the best! Ali will eventually be back, but we understand if she takes a bit to leave this smoosh at home!

Glancing at the schedules for summer, our providers are starting to fill up! We tend to get VERY busy between the months of June and September, so a quick phone call now (845-249-2510) to book your child's physical will save the headache later on. Also, this is a friendly reminder that without an up-to-date physical, we are unable to: administer vaccines, complete forms (camp forms, medication forms, OT/PT forms, sports forms, etc.), refill prescriptions, order blood work, and provide referrals.

This new service can also be utilized by our pediatric patients! The price ($20) is the same as this is not something that we can bill insurance for. Give us a call to book an appointment if you are interested!

We are excited to announce the roll out of our new Red and Near Infrared Light Mat! Free for our DPC patients, red light therapy can be helpful for chronic pain, muscle recovery (Jen Lown is hoping it helps with hamstring soreness after some intense sprint workouts this week), acne and other skin issues. Not a DPC patient? No problem, you can still come in for $20 for a 20 minute session. Please call the office to schedule an appointment for this, as the bed is not comfortable for two people (attempt unpictured).

A word on bridge traffic: An inside source tells us that the work on the Mid-Hudson Bridge is a "major infrastructure project" and is being done from 9 am -3 pm daily. So if you're coming in for a midday appointment from that side of the river, it might be a good idea to give some extra time! Another helpful option for some may be the Kingston- Rhinecliff Bridge. Of course, if things aren't going as planned, just give us a call, we'll still do our best to accommodate you as we recognize our patients have no control over the bridge gods (lol).

We would like to update the community in regards to taking new patients. As of now, we will be delaying opening to new patients until the beginning of June due to an unforeseen staffing circumstance.
