We are excited to announce that due to many requests, we will start offering group weight loss accountability visits run by our very own Katherine Lockhart FNP-BC! We will have a monthly topic and there will be two days that we run them. They will happen on Wednesday nights at 6:30 and will be IN PERSON to help build connections with others on this journey! We will be starting in the month of June with sessions on 6/3 and 6/17, and the topic will be "All About Protein". The cost for current patients is $25, and for those who are not our patients, it is $50. Give us a call at 845-779-8380 to learn more or to get scheduled!

We are excited to announce the roll out of our new Red and Near Infrared Light Mat! Free for our DPC patients, red light therapy can be helpful for chronic pain, muscle recovery (Jen Lown is hoping it helps with hamstring soreness after some intense sprint workouts this week), acne and other skin issues. Not a DPC patient? No problem, you can still come in for $20 for a 20 minute session. Please call the office to schedule an appointment for this, as the bed is not comfortable for two people (attempt unpictured).
