Horn Memorial Hospital held its 1st Annual Block Party, bringing our team together for a day filled with fun, food, friends, games, and plenty of team spirit!

Departments went all out with creative themes, costumes, decorations, and lots of laughs. From Hawaii and Christmas to camping, the ’80s, beach vibes, and even a Haunted Halloween, our team definitely brought the fun!

A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated and helped make our first Block Party such a memorable event. 💙

🟢 Balance – Sudden loss of balance or coordination

⏰ Time – Call 911 immediately if you notice any of these signs.
