I don’t know about other therapists, but for me, it’s a red flag when I get a text from an unknown number asking what kind of massage I do. And I can’t speak for all therapists, but I do all the typical kinds of massage that most therapist do, so the question for me is usually shady. If you’re a new client and generally are looking for something specific such as lymphatic or deep tissue then you need to ask those questions not what kind of massage I do.

Cupping is an awesome way to improve circulation and to get in there and break up tight facia and adhesions, especially if you don’t necessarily like deep tissue

I do have a very relaxing job, and I love it. However, it is not easy. I don’t work an eight hour day like most people do, because I would be completely exhausted.
