This week, Core Health Strategies was closed because I was serving at The Healing Hut during the Warrior Games.

The Healing Hut is a place where warriors, veterans, and caregivers can rest, breathe, and receive care.

But it is more than that.

It is a place of restoration.

It is a place of reclamation.

It is a place where people are reminded:

You are not broken.
�You are not too far gone.
�You are not just your pain.
�You are not just what happened to you.

Your body still knows how to heal.
�Your heart still matters.
�Your story still has power.
�And your life is still yours to reclaim.

This is the heart of the work I believe in at Core Health Strategies.

Healing is not just about fixing pain.
�It is about helping the body feel safe again.
�It is about helping the nervous system thaw.
�It is about helping people come back home to themselves.

At The Healing Hut, this work is offered to the brave men and women who have served, and to the caregivers who have carried so much beside them.

That is sacred work.

Heading home today to restore and refresh after this phenomenal experience here at the Healing Hut at the 2026 Warrior Games. What a week this has been! Lives have been changed and restoration has started.
