✨ Meet the Team! ✨

Hi, I’m Katie! I’m one of the owners and CEO of Visiting Angels of Eastern Idaho.

I grew up in Egin, Idaho, just down the road from the sand dunes. I spent my childhood outside, no matter the season, and I still love being outdoors. Today, I live in Hamer, down a dirt road and across from a wildlife refuge. I tried living in town once, but that didn’t last long. I’m a country girl at heart!

My favorite thing in the world is my family, my husband, my children and their spouses, who fit so perfectly it feels like they were always meant to be ours, and my grandbaby. Being a grandma quickly became my favorite title and one of life’s greatest blessings. ❤️

I’m happiest when my house is full of the people I love. Maybe that’s why I love cooking so much, mention a home-cooked meal, and the kids find their way home pretty quickly!

I LOVE Christmas! My house looks like the North Pole, the whole gang comes home for a sleepover, and we eat, play games, wear matching jammies and laugh well into the night.
I love to travel and want to see as much of this beautiful world as possible. I love fly fishing, my fainting goats and getting lost in a good book. I love meeting new people and can talk to anyone! I believe connection is so important, it is the foundation of our amazing community.

I’ll eat pretty much anything I can put ketchup on, which may actually make ketchup my favorite food. 🤔 Orange is my favorite color, and I love a good dad joke, the cornier, the better!

Last, but certainly not least, I LOVE what I do. I’ve spent my entire adult life caring for seniors and have worked in nearly every aspect of senior care. Every role and every person I’ve cared for has helped lead me here. This has never felt like just a career; I know it’s my calling. I love helping families when they don’t know what to do next and watching the relationships between our clients and Angels change lives. Our Angels and the love they give so freely mean the world to me. They truly are my heroes.

Family, a full house, a career I’m passionate about, and apparently... ketchup. That’s me. ❤️

Hi, I’m Aydri, the Community Liaison for Visiting Angels Eastern Idaho! 💙

I grew up in Sugar City, Idaho, and still live about 15 minutes away from there. I’m definitely a girly girl, I love anything fancy and sparkly! My favorite color is red, and if there’s chocolate involved, I’m all in. ❤️🍫

I’m recently engaged to my boyfriend of five years, and I couldn’t be more excited to start this next chapter together! 💍

I’m a huge family person. My parents and siblings are truly the light of my life, and I cherish every chance I get to spend time with them.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me camping, enjoying the outdoors, or soaking up everything fall has to offer. Give me a cozy blanket, a candle burning, and a good movie, and I’m in my happy place. 🍂✨

Most people would say I’m a little sassy, but I’m also a huge people person! I love meeting new people, making friends, and being involved in our community.

I’ve been the Community Liaison at Visiting Angels for about a year and a half, and I’ve loved every second of it. Before stepping into this role, I had the privilege of being an Angel, providing care for our clients firsthand. That experience gave me such a deep appreciation for the incredible work our caregivers do every day and the difference they make in the lives of local families.

I’m so grateful to be part of the Visiting Angels family and to serve the amazing communities of Eastern Idaho. I can’t wait to continue building relationships, supporting our seniors, and helping more families discover the compassionate care our team provides! 💙

We were honored to sponsor a hole and spend the day connecting with so many wonderful people. It was great catching up with familiar faces, meeting new friends, and building meaningful relationships within our community.

Thank you to the Idaho Falls Chamber for putting on such a fantastic event. We always enjoy opportunities like these to connect with our community and share more about what we do at Visiting Angels.

Still trying to put this week into words. ❤️

Every year I leave the Visiting Angels National Conference with a full notebook AND an even fuller heart.

There is something incredibly special about being surrounded by people from all over the country who have dedicated their lives to one mission: helping seniors live safely, happily, and with dignity in the place they love most, their home.

There really is something special about Visiting Angels. It’s a room full of hundreds of people who refuse to settle, constantly asking, “How can we do this even better?”

One of the most emotional moments was watching our own Manon be recognized as one of the Top 10 Caregivers in the nation. To see someone who serves with so much heart be celebrated on a national stage... Charity and I couldn’t have been prouder.

And somehow... they handed me a microphone. TWICE. 😂

I had the opportunity to join an expert panel and share some of the things we’ve been doing in Idaho. My hand, slightly shaking when they passed me the microphone (my voice, thankfully, did not), and then I remembered something...

When you’re talking about something you genuinely love, your passion, the nerves don’t stand a chance.

What I shared wasn’t really about AI or systems or processes. It was about creating more time to do what matters most: serving our seniors better.

I left feeling humbled. Humbled to learn from some of the very best in our industry. Humbled that our little office in Idaho has ideas worth sharing. And humbled to be part of a brand that never settles for “good enough” when it comes to caring for seniors.

Now comes my favorite part. Taking everything we learned and turning it into better care for the people who trust us every single day.

Our Angels. Our clients. Our families...
