Summer in Review ☀️💛

What a summer it has been! From sweet treats and themed parties to music, games, laughter, sunshine, and plenty of unforgettable moments, our residents and staff made this summer one to remember. 🌸🎶🍦

🦩💗 FLAMINGO DAY! 💗🦩

Our residents and staff had a fabulous time celebrating all things flamingo! From rocking our flamingo hats 🦩👒 to enjoying delicious flamingo-themed treats from our friends at senior solutions🍭 and getting competitive with Flamingo Bingo 🎉, it was a day full of smiles, laughter, and lots of pink!

We love creating fun moments and making memories together with our residents. 💕🦩✨

What a beautiful day at Eagle Rock! 💕 Our ladies had the opportunity to get glammed up, feel beautiful, and let their **inner goddesses shine through** during our Glamour Shoot! 📸💄✨

We are so grateful to **Serengeti Care** for making this special experience possible and giving our residents a chance to feel pampered, confident, and absolutely fabulous! 💐

Our residents had a wonderful time getting creative, adding bright colors and unique designs to their flowerpots. It was a relaxing afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and artistic expression. Each pot turned out to be as unique and beautiful as the person who painted it!

🐠💙 WELCOME TO OUR NEWEST RESIDENTS! 💙🐠

Our new fish tank has officially found its home at Eagle Rock! 🐟🌿 From our residents to our staff, everyone has been enjoying watching our new underwater friends swim, explore, and bring a little extra life to our space.

It has quickly become a favorite spot to stop, relax, and enjoy some peaceful aquarium time. 🥰

Our residents enjoyed spending the afternoon expressing their creativity through beautiful watercolor paintings. It was a wonderful opportunity to relax, socialize, and create something uniquely their own. 🎉 Meet Our New Administrator and CEO! 🎉

We are excited to introduce TJ Fleming as the new Administrator and CEO of Eagle Rock!

TJ began his healthcare career at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) in Patient Access before continuing in the same department at Cache Valley and Brigham City Hospitals in Utah. After several years in the acute care setting, he felt called to pursue a career in Skilled Nursing and joined Cascadia Healthcare as an Administrator-in-Training.

He later accepted the CEO role at Royal Plaza in Lewiston, where he spent several years leading teams, strengthening operations, and focusing on exceptional resident care. While he valued his time there, his goal was always to return home to eastern Idaho. When the opportunity to join Eagle Rock became available, it provided the perfect chance to come back and serve the community that has played such an important role in his life and healthcare career.

Outside of work, TJ and his wife have been married for 10 years and are the proud parents of three children. They enjoy spending time together as a family and are grateful to be back in the area they love and once again be part of the community they call home.

Please join us in giving TJ a warm Eagle Rock welcome! We are excited for the leadership, compassion, and dedication he brings to our residents, families, staff, and community. 💙🏡

Sunshine, flowers, sweet treats, and even sweeter memories 🌸☀️💐
Our residents had the most beautiful day celebrating at our Mother’s Day Garden Party! From creating bouquets to sharing laughs with friends and family, every moment was filled with joy, love, and plenty of smiles.
We were so grateful to celebrate the incredible mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our community! Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special! 💕
