Now Accepting New TBS Clients at Aspen Mental Health!

Is your child struggling with emotional regulation, challenging behaviors, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or difficulty at home, school, or in the community? Our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) program is here to help—and we believe lasting change happens when the whole family is involved.

At Aspen Mental Health, TBS isn’t just about working with your child. We partner with parents and caregivers every step of the way, helping families build practical skills, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create strategies that work in everyday life.

Our TBS program focuses on:
✨ Emotional regulation and coping skills
✨ Positive behavior support
✨ Social and communication skills
✨ Building healthy family relationships
✨ Parent coaching and collaboration
✨ Skills that transfer to home, school, and the community

Our goal is to empower families with the tools and confidence to continue making progress long after services end.

If you think your child or family could benefit from TBS, we’d love to talk with you about how we can help.

Case Managers can help with:

- Accessing housing, food, and transportation assistance
- Coordinating care with providers and agencies
- Advocating for client needs
- Setting goals and creating plans for success
- Building skills for greater independence and stability

You don’t have to figure everything out alone. Sometimes having someone in your corner can make all the difference.

June is PTSD Awareness Month. 💙

PTSD can affect anyone—not just veterans. Trauma can result from abuse, accidents, violence, medical crises, natural disasters, or other life-changing events. PTSD impacts both the mind and body, but healing is possible.

This month, let’s increase understanding, reduce stigma, and support those impacted by trauma. Recovery is possible, and no one has to face it alone.

At Aspen Mental Health, we have providers trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR who specialize in helping individuals process trauma and move toward healing. We currently have immediate openings available for clients seeking trauma-focused treatment.
