Just like a hive of honey bees working together with purpose, dedication, and care, our hospice team comes together each day to support patients and families through life's most meaningful moments.

Every member of our team has a unique role, but we share one common goal: providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care. From nurses and aides to social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and support staff, each person contributes their expertise and heart to create a circle of support for those we serve.

Like bees in a hive, our strength comes from collaboration. We communicate, support one another, and work seamlessly together to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care and every family feels supported along the journey.

Our incredible Oakstone Hospice volunteers have been hard at work assembling "Busy Boxes" specifically designed for patients living with dementia.

These specialized boxes are filled with tactile, engaging, and soothing activities like soft textures, simple sorting and folding. The boxes also include nostalgic items like fishing lures and baking items. This is designed to help reduce anxiety, stimulate cognitive function, and bring comfort to those who need it most.

We are so proud to be donating these boxes to local Memory Care Units! A massive thank you to our volunteers for pouring so much love and intentionality into this project. ❤️

This Mother’s Day, we’re honoring the women who have nurtured, guided, comforted, and loved so deeply throughout their lives.

We celebrated the mothers in our care with a rose as a simple reminder that they are seen and cherished.
