Our audiology clinic is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!
If you love working with people, staying organized, and making patients feel welcome and cared for, we’d love to meet you!
✨ In this role, you’ll help with:
• Greeting and assisting patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Insurance verification and front-office tasks
• Coordinating hearing aid appointments, repairs, and follow-ups
• Supporting our audiologist and clinical team
• Creating a warm, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors
👂 The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment. Previous medical or audiology office experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!

📍 Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho
🕐 Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
