Imperial Beach Community Clinic is the parent organization of Imperial Beach Health Center and Nestor Community Health Center. Imperial Beach Community Clinic has been providing high quality affordable health care to residents of Imperial Beach and southwest San Diego since 1971. We have a special mission to provide primary health care to uninsured and low-income residents of southwest San Diego C

ounty who can't afford the full cost of essential health care services. We accept Tricare, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Molina, Community Health Group, Care 1st, and other insurances, and uninsured patients can apply for a reduction in costs for essential services.

This important day commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates African American freedom and achievements. It marks June 19, 1865, when Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, to announce the end of the Civil War and the emancipation of enslaved people, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

Juneteenth is a time for reflection, education, and appreciation of the ongoing journey toward equality. It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together in unity, celebrate progress, and continue advocating for justice and equality for all.

🧡determine your overall risk level for melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers.

🧡perform a localized skin biopsy or refer you directly to a dermatologist for further evaluation and management if a lesion appears suspicious.
