💙 My heart is so full after our beautiful evening of Tea, Journaling, and Sound Healing. Thank you to each and every person who took the time to show up, slow down, and share space with us.

✨ What began as an evening of tea and reflection became so much more—a gathering of beautiful souls, meaningful conversations, healing energy, and genuine community. There is something truly special about coming together with intention, putting pen to paper, honoring our thoughts and emotions, and allowing ourselves the gift of stillness.

🐚 As we sipped our tea, reflected through journaling, and immersed ourselves in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, we created a space filled with peace, connection, and support. These moments remind me how powerful it is when a community gathers to nurture their mind, body, and spirit.
