I am not into the business of self promotion, however, I do strongly believe in promoting and inspiring wellness and positivity for others as a physician, now black belt in the martial arts of Tae Kwon Do, and my next feat of being a New York Times best selling author with a book focused on health and wellness. Stay tuned.
Achieving a black belt is something anyone can do, but it requires and teaches the importance of staying focused, persevering, staying balanced, maintaining inner peace, mental clarity, being accountable, discipline, striving for better, respecting your master and teachers of superior knowledge, managing time, punctuality, living a clean life, not making excuses for why you can’t or didn’t do something, meeting challenges head on and overcoming, adapting, realizing you can always learn, and most importantly having the confidence to know that any goal you set your mind to is attainable.
I give credit and thanks to World Champion Tae Kwon Do of Solon, and to Master Woo who has truly changed my life for the better with his unparalleled teachings and commitment to his students, and this is only just the beginning . 🥋
