Some stories stay with me long after I've finished reading them because they force me to confront the parts of motherhood we rarely talk about openly. Behind the endless responsibilities, many mothers are carrying exhaustion, fear, loneliness, guilt, and emotional battles that remain completely invisible to the people around them. I've learned that checking on a mother should mean more than asking whether the children are doing well. It should also mean creating a space where she can speak honestly without worrying about judgment or shame. Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be incredibly heavy, and no mother should feel like she has to carry that weight alone. 😔
