What a weekend for our Kansas City team! 💙

We had a wonderful time connecting with families and community partners at both Kickin’ It Downtown Blue Springs World Cup Watch Party ⚽ and Sip + Shop at Hometown Olathe Family Farm ☀️🛍️

Community events like these are one of our favorite ways to build connections, share resources, and support the incredible families throughout the Kansas City area.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, asked questions, and spent time with us. We loved meeting you and can’t wait to see you at the next event!

🌟 Class Act Award Spotlight🌟

Please join us in congratulating Jorden Jenn on being recognized as a Class Act Awardee!

Jorden’s fun personality, strong clinical skills, and deep understanding of her clients truly make her an exceptional leader. She brings positivity, creativity, and compassion to everything she does, creating meaningful experiences for both the children she serves and the team members she supports. Her ability to balance high-quality clinical care with a fun and engaging approach helps make ASN a better place for our clients, families, and teammates every day.

Jorden exemplifies ASN’s four core values—Kindness, Collaboration, Empowerment, and Accountability—through her unwavering commitment to her clients, support of her fellow teammates, and dedication to fostering a positive clinic culture.

💭Nominated by Michelle Lamb:
“I’m so excited to nominate Jorden Jenn for the Class Act Award!
Jorden, one of our incredible BCBAs at the Ellisville clinic, has truly gone above and beyond in every sense. Over the past year and a half, our clinic has faced its share of challenges, and through it all, Jorden has been a constant source of support, positivity, and strength. She is always ready to step in and help wherever she’s needed, no matter the situation.
What makes Jorden especially outstanding is her creativity and passion for her work. Her programming is thoughtful, individualized, and engaging—ensuring each client is supported in a way that is both meaningful and fun. She consistently keeps her clients’ best interests at the center of everything she does.
Jorden has also played a key role in building a close-knit, supportive, and highly engaged team of RBTs. She fosters an environment where staff feel valued, encouraged, and empowered to grow, creating a culture of collaboration that benefits everyone.
Jorden truly embodies what it means to be a “Class Act.” We are so lucky to have her on our team, and this recognition is more than well deserved!”

Congratulations, Jorden, and thank you for the impact you make every day! 👏🩵

🌟 Class Act Award Spotlight 🌟

We are proud to recognize Cindy Winton for living out ASN’s four core values: Kindness, Collaboration, Empowerment, and Accountability 🎉

Nomination by Allison Horstmann:
“As a newer staff member, I am nominating my teammate because they have made me feel truly welcomed at ASN. From the start, they have helped me grow into a stronger technician by teaching me the difference between right and wrong approaches in various situations. They have gone above and beyond by offering to stay after hours to walk me through how closing works as a new BT. They consistently collaborate with me by answering my questions with clear explanations, which has helped build my confidence. Overall, they make me feel comfortable coming to work, and I couldn’t ask for a better teammate to support and guide a new staff member like me.”

Anyone who has worked with Cindy knows she brings a bubbly, positive energy wherever she goes. Her fun personality, welcoming attitude, and willingness to help others create an environment where teammates feel supported, valued, and excited to come to work each day. Whether she’s answering questions, offering encouragement, or simply bringing a smile to those around her, Cindy makes a lasting impact on both her team and the families we serve.

Thank you, Cindy, for being such a bright light at ASN and for helping make our clinics a place where both staff and clients can learn, grow, and thrive. 💙
